A. Tugas & Tanggung Jawab Mengembangkan dashboard, reporting, dan workforce analytics. Melakukan integrasi data antar sistem Human Capital. Menghasilkan insight berbasis data untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan HR. Mengembangkan data model dan monitoring kualitas data secara berkelanjutan. Requirements B. Persyaratan Pendidikan Minimal S1 dari jurusan Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, Statistika, Data Science, atau bidang terkait. C. Persyaratan Pengalaman Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Intelligence, atau bidang terkait.
