About this role

Overview Technical Assent seeks an analytical, execution-oriented Business Development & Capture Manager to support federal growth through opportunity qualification, customer and market intelligence development, and capture execution. This hybrid position combines two complementary responsibilities: Business Development — approximately 40%: Lead the evaluation and qualification of identified federal opportunities, converting initial market intelligence and capability assessments into evidence-based Pursue/No Pursue recommendations. Capture Management — approximately 60%: Support and independently execute assigned capture activities, including customer intelligence development, competitive analysis, teaming strategy, capture planning, and solution positioning.…
