ESS Technician

TSC is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I in Huntsville, AL Key Responsibilities: Conduct vibration and thermal environmental tests on hardware and electronics assemblies in accordance with program requirements and/or written test procedures. Properly handle and process electronic assemblies using established ESD control practices and procedures to prevent foreign object debris/damage (FOD). Set up, operate, and maintain specialized vibration and thermal test equipment, following detailed work instructions and calibration standards. Accurately record, monitor, and review test data and logs to ensure traceability and compliance. Support production and quality assurance processes by ensuring all testing procedures are executed correctly and results are thoroughly documented.…
