About this role

TechOp is seeking a reliable, self-directed 1099 Recruiter to support our federal staffing needs. This independent contractor will source and engage candidates, manage a high-volume pipeline, and coordinate with our Recruiting Leads to fill roles across TechOp’s contact center and customer service programs. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for government contracts or staffing agencies, communicates clearly, and can manage priorities and follow through with minimal oversight.
