Facilitar soluciones de entrenamiento, así como asegurar el cumplimiento de requerimientos legales o normativos. Conocimientos, experiencia, habilidades: Experiencia en área de entrenamiento. Solución de problemas. Sentido de urgencia. Uso de Excel, Word y Power Point. Buen trato con el personal. Comprensión de procesos de producción. Experiencia en uso de matrices de habilidades. Íntegra, proactiva y comprometida. Habilidades de organización, comunicación y negociación. Conocimientos generales de RH. Disponibilidad de rolar turnos.…
