Job Description: Escolaridad: Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica, Mecatrónica, Mecánica o afín. Objetivo General: Soportar transferencia de productos y líneas de motores. Conocimientos, experiencia y habilidades: Seguimiento y gestión de proyectos Conocimiento general en proceso de validación de maquinaria y nuevos procesos Conocimiento de manufactura esbelta y Core Tools Manejo de software para diseño mecánico en 3D como SolidWorks, NX y AutoCAD Conocimiento en definición y mejora continua en procesos de manufactura Diseño de fixtures y poka - yokes, actualización de maquinaria. Actividades a realizar: Analizar e identificar oportunidades para reducir la variación, mejorar las capacidades y optimizar el rendimiento del proceso
