We are a brand revolutionizing a category and welcoming first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts alike. Tecovas is looking for a Store Assortment Planner to help get the right assortment into every one of our stores. This role is part of our Planning & Allocation team, built to give each store an assortment that fits its space, its customer, and its potential. You'll build and execute store-level assortments across the entire line, from pre-season capacity and choice count planning through in-season reviews and adjustments, and bring recommendations backed by data to the team.…
