Position: Slitter Operator- Nights Location: Elk Grove Village, IL Shift: C & D Shift | 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM (12-hour continental schedule) Pay Rate: $21.74 /hour + $2.00 shift differential Retention Bonus: To reward long-term commitment, this position offers a $2,000 retention bonus , paid as follows: $1,000 after successfully completing 90 days of employment $1,000 after successfully completing 180 days of employment Please note: This is a retention bonus and is not paid at the time of hire.
