About this role
SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for assisting the shipment quality inspection on vendor site, organizing, testing plan for issue trouble shooting, and communication in between supply chain and vendors. Assisting HQ technician for replicating issues, trouble shooting and verifying root cause. Support RMA process in between customer and vendors by following Teguar SOP. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Inspection: Conducts the quality inspection for all shipments. Coordinates with vendors and generates quality check reports. This includes for Teguar Taiwan, USA and Europe shipments when assigned. • Testing: Performs day-to-day support of existing product lines for issue testing and reviewing.
