About this role

The Service Manager for Maintenance Services oversees the execution of industrial maintenance projects within North and South Carolina. When not visiting customers or projects, the Service Manager will work out of their home office. They estimate project scopes, provide technical support to the sales team, and supervise Team Leaders to ensure project completion in adherence to contractual obligations. This role involves managing personnel, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely reporting. Adaptability to varying schedules and flexibility for weekend travel are required.
