About this role

About We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations on multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong wood-frame construction experience and can manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure jobsite safety and quality. Responsibilities: Manage daily jobsite operations and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure work meets project schedules, plans, specifications, and safety standards. Maintain daily reports, progress photos, inspection records, and project documentation. Track RFIs, submittals, inspections, and schedule updates. Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and quality concerns. Lead jobsite meetings and communicate with project teams and stakeholders. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.…
