POSITION SUMMARY Client seeks a CFO focused on operational finance and accounting across three verticals: Manufacturing (modular housing production) Operations (Architectural, Construction, HR and other corporate functions) Property level financials (supported primarily by the Controller and acquisitions team) The CFO will lead enterprise-level FP&A, cash flow modeling, and operational financing (asset-based lending, lines of credit, and equity raises). The role includes oversight of finance and accounting, risk management, facilities, HR, IT systems, and external communications.
