About We are seeking a Senior Failure Analysis & Customer Quality Engineer to own the Failure Analysis (FA) Lab at our Irvine site. This role is responsible for investigating customer-returned products, performing hands-on RF testing and failure analysis, identifying root causes, and working closely with global engineering teams to drive corrective actions. The ideal candidate will also serve as the primary technical contact for customers during the failure analysis process and ensure timely, high-quality FA reports. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the Failure Analysis (FA) Lab and customer-returned product investigations.
