About Job Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to the Quality Assurance Analysts and Engineers. Lead status meetings with the development and management teams. Resolve issues and challenges associated with a project. Develop, publish, implement, and execute test plans. Wire and maintain test automation. Define and track quality assurance metrics, defect densities, and open defect counts. Document Test Approach and set-up initial test bed (Regression test Suite, Test Casts, Performance and Stress Testing support, etc..).
