Con motivo de la campaña de verano, buscamos incorporar varios/as Gestores/as telefónicos/as para el área de urgencias y emergencias médicas , para dar soporte y atención a los pacientes, garantizando un servicio cercano, ágil y de calidad. Funciones principales: Atender telefónicamente las necesidades de los pacientes. Detectar las necesidades de los pacientes. Toma de datos de forma telefónica y registrarlo correctamente en el sistema. Gestión de incidencias y búsqueda de alternativas de cobertura.. Ofrecer valoración médica en caso de reclamación del servicio. Derivación de casos cuando sea necesario.…
