You will own the analytics layer of one of Poland's leading telemedicine platforms — designing and shipping agentic workflows that turn raw operational data into autonomous, self-validating reports. You map business processes, decide what makes sense to automate with AI and what doesn't, then build it and maintain it. No task queue — you are the source of initiatives.
