Job Description: Main activities Provide Engineering Support Services, answering to Customer technical queries related to malfunctioning, aircraft maintenance and operations, including fault investigation, in coordination with the other Product Support Engineering (PSE) and Engineering functions, to the achievement of the reliability and the availability targets required by the market Act as single point of contact for technical issues resolution towards Customers / Operators / Service Centers / LH Aircraft Maintenance Operations (Base Maintenance and Field Service) Create dedicated maintenance procedures and support to validation in cooperation with the relevant PSE function (service bulletins, maintenance manual, etc.) Collect and manage the Occurrence Reports from in-service fleet Colle…
