About this role
We’re looking for a mid-level to senior Backend Software Engineer to join us at Telia Play. I’m Tomas Brimor , Engineering Manager at Telia Play , and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a small, supportive, forward-thinking backend team of around 6–8 engineers focused on building and operating the metadata platform behind the viewing experience for nearly 2 million subscribers across the Nordics . We work extensively with AI-assisted development and are building agentic AI in production. These are agents that work with our real services and workflows, not just prototypes.
