You will collaborate with Defence stakeholders, engineering teams and service delivery specialists to support, troubleshoot and optimise Unified Communications and Video Teleconferencing services. Working across Poly, Pexip, Cisco and Microsoft collaboration technologies, you will contribute to operational stability, service excellence and continuous improvement. .
