About this role

Desde Temporing estamos buscando un/a recepcionista de apartamentos para integrarse en una empresa líder en alojamientos temporales ubicada en la isla de Lanzarote en Puerto del Carmen. Por sustitución de vacaciones 7 horas diarias. Funciones: Gestionar el proceso de check-in y check-out de los huéspedes, asegurando una experiencia fluida y sin contratiempos. Proporcionar información y asistencia a los huéspedes sobre las instalaciones y servicios disponibles. Coordinar con el equipo de mantenimiento y limpieza para garantizar que los apartamentos estén siempre en condiciones óptimas. Manejar y resolver incidencias o quejas de los huéspedes de manera profesional y eficiente. Gestionar reservas y realizar actualizaciones en el sistema interno de gestión de apartamentos.…
