Für unsere Niederlassung in Bottrop sind wir auf der Suche nach einem (Senior) Projektentwickler (m/w/d) . Aufgaben Du akquirierst Grundstücke und / oder Projektentwicklungen, verantwortest und steuerst die Verhandlung und Abwicklung von Grundstücksankauf- Erschließungs- und städtebaulichen Verträgen Du bist verantwortlich für das Projektteam und optimierst sämtliche projektrelevanten Arbeitsprozesse in technischer, kaufmännischer und juristischer Hinsicht vom Entwurf bis zur Baugenehmigung Zusammen mit unserem Ten Brinke eigenen Vertriebsteam koordinierst Du unsere Vertriebs- und Verkaufsaktivitäten Du initiierst sämtliche erforderliche Termine wie z.B.…
