About this role

Für unsere Niederlassung in Frankfurt suchen wir einen Technischen Leiter (m/w/d). Aufgaben Als Technischer Leiter bei Ten Brinke übernimmst Du eine Schlüsselrolle als Bindeglied zwischen der Geschäftsführung und den Abteilungen Einkauf, Kalkulation, Planung und Projektleitung . In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position begleitest Du Bauprojekte von der Konzeption bis zur Fertigstellung. Zu Deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören: Optimierung und Vorbereitung der technischen Durchführbarkeit und Umsetzung von Bauprojekten Intensives Mitwirken bei der Erstellung von GU-Angeboten und GU-Verträgen bzw. Kaufverträgen Schaffung von Kostensicherheit vor Vertragsabschluss Unterstützung der Projektenwicklung in der Akquisephase Steuerung der Arbeitsvorbereitungs- und des Einkaufsteams.…
