Business Unit What the Role Entails Responsibilities: Administrate full scope of payroll and benefits administration for the entire lifecycle of all exempt and nonexempt employees, including tax rate changes, life events, leave administration, benefit enrollment, garnishments, deductions, and investigate and resolve pay issues andend user testing for payroll system changes to ensure a seamless payroll process with minimal gaps and data errors Support payroll processing for Canada ( 6 0 % ) , U S ( 3 0 % ) a n d B r a z i l ( 1 0 % ) including but not limited to, new hires, transfers, pay changes, separations, garnishments, deductions, etc, accurately into payroll systems Ensure data integrity and integration between benefit vendor sites and HRIS + payroll system Work closely with managers…
