What the Role Entails 1、结合PUBG MOBILE的产品特点和市场环境，制定在不同国家/地区的用户增长策略 2、深度分析广告素材（如CPI, CTR, IR, ROAS等关键指标）的投放效果，形成可复用的方法论 3、系统性追踪、收集并分析核心竞品及新兴战术竞技手游的投放策略、广告素材、市场活动及用户反馈，形成深度分析报告，为产品提供数据与洞察支持 4、与产品、社区、电竞赛事等团队协同，整合资源策划增长活动，助力产品的数据提升 Who We Look For 1、拥有至少3年互联网、移动应用或游戏行业的市场运营、广告优化或数据分析相关工作经验。有手游（特别是战术竞技/FPS类）用户增长经验者优先 2、深度了解全球移动游戏市场，特别是战术竞技品类。对Facebook、Google、TikTok 等主流广告平台的投放逻辑与素材规范有基本认知 3、总结归纳与分析能力强，能够从复杂信息中抓住核心，具备良好的英语读写能力 4、精通使用Excel、Powerpoint等工具进行数据处理、分析与可视化。对数据高度敏感，能通过数据发现问题、定位原因并提出解决方案 Equal Employment Opportunity at Tencent As an equal opportunity employer, we firmly believe that diverse voices fuel our innovation and allow us to better serve our users and the community.…
