IAP 增长与变现协同： 针对 IAP 休闲游戏特性，制定高频次的差异化买量方案。严密监控 CPI、ROAS、LTV、留存率 等指标，协同变现团队通过数据模型驱动决策，确保买量回本周期（Payback Period）及综合 ROI 达标； 3. 创意素材引擎： 深度协同创意团队输出高质量 Hook（吸睛点）建议。通过 A/B Testing 科学验证素材转化率，追踪全球休闲游戏买量趋势，拆解竞品爆款素材逻辑，确保持续的吸量能力； 4.…
