About this role
In August 2026, Tend completed the iwi and locally-backed acquisition of The Doctors. Brought together with Tend’s existing clinics and digital platform, the combined business now operates more than 80 clinics across Aotearoa. We’re looking for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team. This is a senior role in scope, trust, and impact. You'll work directly with our leadership team as a genuine partner who drives outcomes - not someone who waits to be told what to do, but someone who spots opportunities, picks it up, and sees it through. The scope here is genuinely broad. You'll manage employment relations cases end to end, coach managers across the full employment lifecycle and lead change and progress workstreams across a nationwide healthcare organisation.…
