Über das Praktikum Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Praktikanten (m/w/d) Lean Management / Operational Excellence. Standort: Berlin Start: ab Oktober 2026 Dauer: mindestens drei Monate Arbeitszeit: 40 Stunden/Woche Deine Mission Während deines Praktikums verbindest du die praktische Anwendung von Lean Management in unseren Berliner Laboren mit der Unterstützung unseres zentralen Operational-Excellence-Netzwerks. Du analysierst reale Prozesse, entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Teams vor Ort konkrete Verbesserungen und begleitest deren Umsetzung. Gleichzeitig unterstützt du gruppenweite Lean-Aktivitäten – beispielsweise bei Schulungen, Workshops, Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und Kampagnen.…
