Job Summary The Team Lead – Forex Operations is responsible for overseeing day-to-day FX trading, pricing, liquidity management, funding operations, and treasury controls across multiple currencies and corridors. The role leads a team of Forex Analysts, drives profitability through effective FX pricing and spread management, ensures liquidity availability, and maintains strong governance over FX risk, settlements, and partner relationships. The position serves as the primary escalation point for FX operations and collaborates closely with Treasury, Finance, Operations, Product, Network, Banking Partners, and Management teams.
