Purpose of the position: Deliver equitable and competitive compensation programs that enable tesa to be an employer of choice for their current and potential employees. Lead, develop, harmonize, coordinate, implement the Compensation and Reward program within Europe region in alignment with the Global Center of Expertise (COE).
