Your Role in Our Story: In essence, your role involves: Leading ACT’s global sustainability compliance strategy across renewable fuels, gases, and energy products, ensuring alignment with regulatory and certification requirements. Owning and overseeing certification audits, reporting activities, and certification maintenance across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. Partnering with commercial, risk, legal, and operations teams to identify compliance risks and opportunities, enabling informed business decisions. Developing, optimizing, and scaling global compliance systems, processes, and governance frameworks to support sustainable growth.
