Your Role in Our Story: As HR Officer a.i. at ACT Group, you will keep our HR operations running smoothly during maternity leave. Supporting primarily the Netherlands, alongside the UK, France and Spain, you will: Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee changes and complex HR queries. Coordinate payroll inputs, resolve discrepancies and oversee benefits, pension and insurance administration. Support international relocations with our external mobility provider. Maintain accurate HR data, perform checks and improve processes and documentation. Work closely with HR Business Partners, managers, Payroll, Legal, IT and external providers to deliver reliable employee support.
