Your Role in Our Story: In essence, your role involves: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (65%) Manage full-cycle recruitment by partnering with hiring managers and external agencies (if applicable) on job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, including candidate pipeline status, interview stages, market feedback, and overall hiring timelines to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the hiring process.
