About this role
We are seeking an experienced Debt Financing Banker to originate, structure, and execute debt financing transactions for corporate, institutional, and sponsor clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on capital structure decisions, leading debt issuance processes, and managing relationships with borrowers, lenders, and investors across the debt capital markets. Maritime and Oil & Gas upstream will be the primary debt capital market. Core Responsibilities Originate and develop new debt financing opportunities for maritime across leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, investment-grade debt, private placements, and structured credit products.…
