Deine Aufgaben Dein Bereich als Teamlead Influencer Management (m/w/d) - DACH: Du übernimmst die fachliche und organisatorische Führung unseres Influencer-Teams und entwickelst Mitarbeitende durch regelmäßiges Feedback, Coaching und klare Zielsetzungen kontinuierlich weiter. Du steuerst und optimierst das TEVEO Influencer-Portfolio daten- und KPI-basiert und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen zur Skalierung und Performance-Steigerung ab. Du stärkst und entwickelst unsere TEVEO Influencer Communities weiter und baust langfristige, nachhaltige Beziehungen zu Creator:innen und Ambassador:innen auf. Du identifizierst neue Zielgruppen und Potenziale, entwickelst passende Strategien zur Erweiterung unseres Netzwerks und erschließt neue Community-Segmente.…
