Engineer Process KGZ CVS

Set up, operate and adjust machines to ensure stable and efficient production. Perform mould, tooling and equipment changeovers, including retooling and parameter optimization. Coordinate and support machine operators to achieve production, quality and productivity targets. Monitor and improve process performance through analysis of defects, scrap rates and key process indicators (e.g. OEE, process capability). Plan and implement proactive and reactive continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency, quality and cost performance. Develop, maintain and standardize process documentation, including shift records and Change Point Management. Test, validate and implement new or improved technologies and processes to support operational excellence.…
