About this role

Job Purpose The Guest Experience & Protocol Host is the first face guests meet at the USA Pavilion's F&B and hospitality spaces, setting the tone with a warm, professional American welcome. The post holder manages greeting, seating and flow for the public and, during VIP events, receives and directs delegations and dignitaries with protocol awareness. Note: this front-door / protocol function is currently folded into the front-of-house allocation in the feasibility manning model, see the accompanying summary for the headcount decision.
