Sushi Cook

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Sushi Cook to join our kitchen team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience preparing sushi and be confident with sushi rolling, slicing, rice preparation, and producing different types of sushi according to established recipes and standards. This is a hands-on production role for someone who is comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment and can consistently deliver quality, speed, and presentation.
