Product Manager

About the role Thatch is rewiring how health benefits work. We build software that gives employees real control over how they use their benefits. We're looking for a Product Manager to own one of the core product areas at Thatch. Product teams are organized around the people who use our product, whether that's members, employers, brokers, or partners. Each PM owns their surface end-to-end, from strategy and prioritization through execution and continuous improvement. Some of the hardest problems we solve aren't just product problems. They're operational, financial, and technical.
