Japan Community Hub Management & Long-term Operations: Responsible for the from-scratch setup, localization configuration, and long-term daily operations of core official community hubs in the Japanese market (focusing heavily on Twitter/X and Discord). Deeply analyze the unique social behaviors of Japanese players to design high-engagement community growth loops, seasonal activities, and interactive campaigns, ultimately driving community activity and organic virality.
2. Japanese Player Sentiment Monitoring & Crisis Management: Conduct deep daily monitoring of player sentiment, cultural sensitivities, and trending topics across Japanese social media, compiling structured data-driven reports on a regular basis.…
