Job Description: Purpose of the Position The Application Administrator is responsible for providing support for one or more existing software applications. This includes application issues-analysis/resolution, configuration, managing security/permissions and aiding users. This role will deploy new releases and/or enhancements, maintain and support the platform’s operational functions and perform system and integration testing. Provide oversight to Application Administrator I role as needed. Education and Experience Preferences Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience 3-6 years of previous experience in assigned application(s) or similar application(s) Proven system analysis, problem solving and systemic process improvement skills.…
