For our amazing THE DUCHESS Amsterdam, we are looking for a hands-on, passionate Sous Chef who will be a part of the leading team of THE DUCHESS kitchen team. We are seeking for a Sous Chef, who will be dedicated, passionate and highly motivated to keep THE DUCHESS brand on the international fine dining map. As THE DUCHESS Sous Chef you will be the second in command in our kitchen, following our Executive and Head Chef’s specifications and guidelines.
