About this role

Overview The EHS Specialist owns environmental, health, and safety compliance for The Goodkind Co.'s manufacturing operations. The primary focus of this role is managing our state and federal environmental compliance obligations end to end: maintaining permits and registrations, keeping the required logs and records, collecting and submitting required samples and data, and filing accurate reports on time with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and local authorities. The role also administers our occupational safety program, including OSHA recordkeeping, hazard communication, and employee training. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role with facility-wide reach.…
