About this role

We are partnering with an established global brand to find a CRM Executive to join its team based in Cheltenham. With a fresh creative direction, you will have plenty to get involved in as the brand connects with its next generation of customers. This is a hands-on role where you will bring together creativity, customer insight and data to build campaigns that drive sales and keep customers coming back. You will work across international markets, with room to test ideas, improve customer journeys and see the results of your work. What you will be doing Building and delivering email campaigns and newsletters across multiple markets and languages using Bloomreach. Creating and improving automated journeys, from welcome and abandoned basket through to post-purchase and win-back.…
