Position Summary The Business Process Analyst I (BPA) - Data Exchange Analyst is responsible for supporting the business community by working directly with customers and third-party administrators to establish and maintain inbound and outbound EDI and API connections related to eligibility. Candidate Responsibilities Assist customers and third-party administrators with implementation, testing and support of inbound data connections. Support external customers and internal processing areas by trouble shooting transmission or formatting issues. Act as a liaison between the business community and IT.
