Location: UK - Remote Salary: £30K-35K – Dependant on experience Hours: Full Time Contract Type: FTC – 12 months Reports To: Head of Enterprise Systems Key Internal Contacts/Relationships: End users of the Enterprise solutions/IS department/ICT Helpdesk Key External Contacts/Relationships: Solution Providers Job Purpose: To provide operational support for core enterprise systems as part of the Systems Support team, ensuring incidents and service requests are effectively managed.
