Summary Under the direction of the supervisor, respond to all Building Automation System (BAS) and Fire System (FS) alarms as they occur. Take appropriate action to ensure human and animal safety, while minimizing potential damage to mechanical equipment. Primary Responsibilities Prioritize and take appropriate actions on all Fire and BAS alarms. Examples of critical system alarms are alarms associated with; Bio Safety Level-3 exhaust and room pressures, IT data center cooling systems, lab exhaust, and animal housing environment Diagnose and repair complex control system malfunctions. Perform maintenance and precise calibration of pneumatic and direct digital control devices on multiple complex building control systems.…
