About this role

Summary Facilitates alignment between business needs and reporting solutions, with a primary focus on Workday Financial Management and Human Capital Management (HCM) reporting. Serves as a liaison between departmental users, business leadership, reporting developers, and Information Services to translate business requirements into accurate, secure, and usable reports. Supports the reporting lifecycle from intake and requirements through data validation, user acceptance testing, training, and adoption. Promotes consistent reporting definitions, effective use of existing reporting capabilities, and continuous improvement across Workday and related business intelligence solutions.
