About this role

Summary Under general direction, the Network Engineer II performs maintenance, repairs, installs and support of all MCW LAN, WAN, VOIP, VPN, Internet, Wireless and related network hardware and software. Primary Responsibilities * Work with the team resources to meet department goals, priorities, and initiatives. * Complete tickets thoroughly and on a timely basis. Communicate with the service desk regarding all tickets and service requests as needed. * Represent the network team with customers, peers, co-workers and partners. As directed, assist leadership with planning * Assure standards are met for all assigned projects and service activities. * Work to maintain performance, capacity and operations targets of the entire MCW network.…
