Program Coordinator III - Psychiatry

Summary Work independently under the administrative direction of the Program Manager to coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the Wisconsin Psychiatry Extension (WISCOPE), a statewide adult psychiatric access program. Provide support to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program's goals. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate and manage outreach efforts to increase awareness for WISCOPE’s services across Wisconsin including travel to health care clinics, conferences, and meetings. Utilize REDCap database for tracking program level data, pulling reports, and analyzing outcomes. Collaborate on the development of program materials including educational materials, marketing materials, social media posts, newsletters, websites, forms, and reports.…
