About this role

Purpose Manage transgenic mouse strains independently. Conduct experiments, support for research projects and lab operation. Primary Functions Manage transgenic mouse lines, including genotyping and characterize mouse strains. Plan and timely perform experiments as scheduled, including animal behavioral studies, metabolic assays, tissue/sample collection, etc. Conduct experiments under the supervision or independently, such as tissue/cell cultures, fluorescence imaging studies, and PCRs, etc. Conduct routine lab duties, such as monitoring compliance, ordering supply, and record keeping, protocol implementation. Assist with team members and the principal investigator on experiments and research projects. Participate in lab meetings and research collaborations.…
